From a Budgens to a new Waitrose Branch in Hawkhurst in less than 6 weeks!

Previously an old Budgen foodstore, Waitrose has transformed the unit into a modern new food store offering a fantastic range of products and food to its customers together with other facilities such as a customer café, toilets, and convenient surface level car parking.

The project successfully completed and the store opened its doors on the 29^th September.

UC were appointed Project and Cost managers.
