Acting as External Project Manager, UC also supported delivery of a multi-building data centre campus at Longcross Park and Union Park, delivering 88.8MW of IT load by completion.

The role covered project coordination, programme management and stakeholder engagement across a technically complex development: programme certainty, risk management, and delivery aligned with the client's operational and security requirements.
