The Fenchurch Street Boots occupies a ground-floor retail unit and basement back-of-house within a previously vacant bank shell in the heart of the City. UC provided project management services across the full conversion, completed within an 11-week programme on time and within budget.

The store serves commuters, city professionals and tourists passing through the station, with a full pharmacy and wellness offer, two private consultation rooms, beauty, fragrance and healthcare ranges, and a meal deal counter. The basement provides a fully operational back-of-house facility supporting the shop floor above.
