The Coulsdon facility was developed by Evander Properties as a purpose-built dotcom fulfilment warehouse, providing 90,000 sq ft of ambient and chilled capacity with a full vehicle operation built in from the ground up.

The programme delivered 10,000 sq ft of main office accommodation alongside 3 HGV docks and 18 van delivery docks to support last-mile grocery delivery.
