The John Lewis Customer Delivery Hub at Origin Park, Park Royal provides the retailer's London west distribution base for large-product home delivery and installation, serving John Lewis's dense London catchment as a key node in the Partnership's customer delivery network.

John Lewis's Customer Delivery Hub at Ashdown Business Park, Uckfield was developed by Evander Properties on a 3.82-acre site, providing 50,000 sq ft of distribution space serving the retailer's southern England catchment. The hub supports John Lewis stores at Kingston and Bluewater, and John Lewis at home locations at Croydon, Chichester, Tunbridge Wells and Horsham. Construction commenced January 2016 and the hub was operational by autumn of that year.
