Waitrose's Aylesford Regional Distribution Centre is one of three RDCs in the Partnership's national supply-chain network, operating 24 hours a day across chilled, ambient and produce warehousing.

UC carried out maintenance works to the de-kit warehouse while operations remained fully live. Works included roof overlay across the existing structure, repairs and strapping to existing brick-panel elevations, concrete repairs, cover flashings and a full replacement roof to the dock canopy.
