UC delivered the refurbishment of an existing Lithia Select dealership in Bracknell, converting the site into a dual-brand facility to accommodate both McLaren and Lotus. The project required demolition, alteration and remodelling of the existing building alongside targeted upgrades to meet the latest corporate identity standards for both manufacturers.

Working directly with McLaren's design team and the project architect, UC identified compliant, buildable solutions ahead of guidelines being finalised, keeping the programme on track without compromising either brand's requirements. Scope included all associated internal services, external modifications and landscaping.
