UC undertook Project and Cost Management for the upgrade of Porsche Centre Cambridge, on behalf of Lithia UK (then Jardine Motors Group): a full strip-out and refurbishment, corporate identity upgrades throughout, a sizeable front facade extension, and back of house and workshop works.

The scheme began by fitting out an existing unit as a servicing facility and creating a temporary sales facility in the former Aston Martin building on the same site, so the dealership kept trading while its permanent home was remodelled. Sharing the site with the dealership team, the scheme involved substantial remodelling and extension of the existing dealership and workshop with entirely new facades.

The main scheme took 50 weeks to complete on site, ending with demolition of the former Aston Martin building to provide additional parking.
