This scheme involved the fit-out of an existing shell unit to provide a new concept Mercedes-Benz Service Centre for Lithia UK.

The works included a new concept customer lounge and associated facilities and offices, an 18-bay workshop facility with MOT and associated parts area, and staff facilities.
