UC held the Project Management appointment for the full refurbishment and mechanical replacement of Little Waitrose at King's Cross Station, delivered within an eight-week closure inside one of the UK's busiest mainline termini.

The reopening date was fixed against the station's trading calendar, which left no float. Network Rail protocols governed site access, and deliveries ran to restricted overnight windows.
