To provide a full Commercial Management and Employer's Agent role for an extensive refurbishment scheme covering over 300 bedrooms, bathrooms and studios, as well as 53 cluster kitchen upgrades to the latest specification.

The scheme also included a full strip-out and refurbishment of amenity spaces and study areas to provide a contemporary offer suited to modern student life. It was delivered on programme and under budget.
