A separate store to the station branch, within the restored Grade II listed Midland Goods Shed on Granary Square, part of the wider King's Cross regeneration. The scheme put a full-size supermarket into a Victorian railway building, with an in-store bakery and customer seating alongside the shop floor.

A 2,400 sq ft Waitrose Cookery School sits within the same building, running paid courses from bread making through to fine dining technique, together with free sessions for local schools and community groups arranged with the estate and the council.
