Just over a year since the beginning of a redevelopment scheme by Cadogan Estates, around, above and beneath the Waitrose Kings Road Branch, Phase 2A of our works, to land plant onto the new North Wing, managed by UC Build has been completed.
Design co-ordination and programme monitoring continues on the redevelopment works until the planned completion in Q1 2022.
